POLICY
All deposits are required to secure appointments. Deposits are $10 for every $50. Example: service for $150 would require a $30 deposit. However a service for $120 would require a $20 deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Missed appointments require a new deposit and the previous deposit is not applied to the service. There is a 15 minute grace period before the appointment is canceled. WE ARE AN APPOINTMENT BASED BUSINESS ONLY!
REFUND POLICY
All purchases of service are final once service is provided. Hair services are NOT refundable once it is complete. Lash services can be refunded at a 25% rate if there is no retention after 24hrs. Lash retention varies by person and hygiene habits. Body contour is NOT refundable due to the fact that RESULTS VARY BY CLIENT. UNDERLINED HEALTH CONDITIONS CAN EFFECT RESULTS. PLEASE TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE ATTEMPTING BODY CONTOUR.
